In this crochet primrose stitch tutorial, there is written instructions including a free PDF pattern of a dishcloth. There is a video tutorial of the stitch, too.
This stitch uses the single crochet, double crochet, and the chain stitch. This makes a variation of a shell pattern.
This stitch works for lots of crochet projects. I have made dishcloths, scarves, cowls, ear warmers, and a blanket using it.
