You are correct it is an error on my part. it should be chain 135 and finish the 15 there should be 2 extra.

First it says to make a chain that is a multiple of 33+3. 136 is listed as your starting chain. Is this a typo or did you do 4x33+4?
Also, for row 1 is says when you finish 13 there should be 2 extra chains. Is 13 supposed to be 15? Or am I missing something? Any help you can provide would be very appreciated!
