The Aberdeen pattern is intricate, beautiful and nothing short of amazing! It’s taken me over a month and I’m still not quite finished yet, but I’m getting there.
The pattern is complicated and a little difficult getting used to but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty easy!

Great pattern! Very well written. It takes a little while to get into the hang of it, but once you do it can go pretty fast. Overall took me about 2 months to complete, but well worth it. I used a 5mm hook and size 4 yarn.
I found it almost hard to make a mistake because the pattern changed up so often, and the next part wouldn’t make sense if you had messed up. Overall, great blanket and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I started crocheting at the beginning of the pandemic and fell in love! This pattern looked daunting to me, but once you memorize the specialized stitches it’s not difficult. The blanket turned out beautifully, and I’m so excited to give it to my friend!
