This Colorful Granny Square Scrap Keychain is a fun, fast project that’s perfect for using up small bits of yarn. Each one turns out unique depending on your color choices—I used Lion Brand Mandala Yarn in Groot for a pretty blend of shades. Grab your 4 mm hook, yarn needle, and scissors, and get ready to crochet a mini burst of color!

Each keychain works up quickly, making it a perfect small project for beginners or a fun way to unwind between larger crochet projects. The colorful granny square design adds a playful touch, and no two keychains will ever look exactly alike. It’s a great way to show off your creativity and make the most of your yarn scraps.
These mini granny squares also make wonderful handmade gifts or craft fair items. You can easily customize the colors to match your style or coordinate with the seasons. Attach a keyring or clip, and you’ll have a cute, one-of-a-kind accessory ready to use or share!
