Make your own soft cotton crochet dishcloth using this free pattern. This easy washcloth is made using the walnut stitch.
The walnut crochet stitch is an easy alternating pattern of the slip stitch and the half double crochet stitch. The pattern has a longer repeat but you are just alternating between 2 different rows and front and back stitch.
The walnut stitch makes a raised round circle design. It looks good in multicolored yarn, stripes, and solids.
I choose Peaches & Creme Cotton Yarn Stripey for this easy dishcloth. The yarn is soft and easy to work with. You can find it at your local store easily or online.
