I made a TON of these for christmas and every single one turned out beautifully. The pattern is easy to follow and sizes can be adjusted as you like. I used two strands of 100% cotton yarn (usually SugarnCream) and it was perfect.
I added the embellishments myself to jazz it up a little. They were easily sewn on and made them the perfect Christmas gifts. I even sold a few at a craft show. Don’t hesitate to buy this pattern – it’s a winner!

So much fun!! This was my first time trying to do something like this and I definitely messed up a little bit on some of the stitches but this was super enjoyable to make.
The pattern is easy to follow and makes a lot of sense, even to a beginner. I used a thicker yarn and thread because it’s what was available to me, but I think it still worked out!
