Looking for a pretty textured throw crochet pattern? A throw that is lightweight, pretty ombre, and has few yarn changes?
This free ombre herringbone textured crochet throw blanket pattern will be a great project to try.
The crochet pattern only has three crochet stitches, single crochet, herringbone double crochet, and even berry.
I made two dishcloth patterns, to try out the crochet stitches. You can try them here: even berry dish cloth and herringbone double crochet dish cloth.
I was looking for my next crochet project and wanted to make a crocheted blanket with Red Heart Ombre Yarn.
I love the subtle color change of the yarn. The yarn is affordable and easy to get also.
The Red Heart Ombre Yarn is a worsted weight 4 yarn. The yarn is easy to use, readily available, and inexpensive. I choose to use gray yarn colors.
I love the slow color gradient. Gray is a great neutral and goes well with my décor.
