The even moss stitch crochet pattern is a great stitch to learn. Using two basic stitches combined together the even moss stitch is an easy pattern to learn.
The even moss stitch is similar to the crunch stitch, using the same two stitch, the slip stitch and the half double crochet stitch.
This easy crochet stitch makes a tight weave with no holes. There is a light texture to the project.
The even moss stitch is great for crochet projects like ear warmers, potholders, and scarves. It would be great for a blanket with no holes, but it would take a while because it is not a fast stitch.
