Even Moss Stitch Textured Headband Pattern

Abbreviations – US Terms

yo – yarn over
sl – slip stitch
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet

You can make a larger or smaller headband an even number for the chain. This pattern uses the even moss stitch see the video below for a tutorial.

Chain 20

Row 1: sl in the 2^nd chain from the hook, in the next stitch hdc, sl in the next stitch, repeat until the end of the row ending with a sl. Chain 1, turn.

Row 2: sl in the 1^st stitch, then hdc in the next, alternating sl, hdc until the end of the row always end with sl. Chain 1, turn. (sl is always on top of the sl and hdc in always on top of hdc)
