• K – 6.5 mm Crochet Hook
• 2 – 8 oz (227 g) O’Go Caron Halo Colorama Yarn in Skylight Frost or any gauge 5 bulky yarn 481 yd (440 m)
• 2 – 8 oz (227 g) O’Go Caron Halo Colorama Yarn in Graphite Frost or any gauge 5 bulky yarn 481 yd (440 m)

Crochet Moss Stitch Blanket Pattern

To increase or decrease the size of the moss stitch blanket, use an even number.

For this pattern use hold two strands of yarn together. I started with the dark of the Graphite Frost and Skylight Frost Yarn and used both strands together.

I then started with the light side of the yarn for the second skeins. So, the blanket goes from dark to light to dark again.

Ch 110 – 2 strands of yarn together

Row 1: sc in the 4nd chain from the hook, 1 ch, sk the next stitch, sc in the next stitch. Repeat until the end of the row ending with a sc in the last chain. Chain 2, turn.

Row 2: sc in the chain space from the row below. Then *ch 1, sk 1 sc, sc in next ch 1 space*. Repeat from * until the end of the row. The last sc is worked into the space between the ch 2 turning chain and sc from the row before. Chain 2, turn.

Repeat Row 2 until you have 132 rows or the length needed. Cut yarn weave ends.
