How to Make a Chunky Herringbone Crochet Headband Pattern

- Scissors
- tapestry needle
- N, 9 mm crochet hook
- 1 - Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick Yarn 6 oz, Cranberry gauge 6 yarn (approx. 3 oz or 53 yd of each color) or any super bulky gauge 6 yarn.

Abbreviations – US Terms
- yo – yarn over
- hhdc – herringbone half double crochet stitch
special stitch -herringbone stitch half double crochet – yarn over, insert your hook into the stitch. Yo and pull back through the stitch and the next loop on the hook. Yo, pull through remaining two loops on the hook.
You can make a larger or smaller headband using any number for the chain.
