How to Dishcloth Pattern Steps:
- Chain 36
- Row 1: In 2nd chain from the hook, sc, in the next chain, hdc. Alternate sc, hdc. Repeat across to the end. End with a sc. Chain 1, turn.
- Row 2: hdc into the top of the sc you just made. Alternate hdc, sc. Repeat across to the end. End with a hdc. Chain 1, turn.
- Row 3: sc into the top of hdc you just made, in the next chain, hdc. Alternate sc, hdc. Repeat across to the end. End with a sc. Chain 1, turn.
- You’ll always be putting the single crochet on top of the half double crochet from the row below and the half double crochet on top of the single crochet from the row below.
- Repeat row 2-3 until you have 32 rows. Cut yarn, weave in ends.
