Textured Stripe Crochet Dish Towel Pattern Instructions
You can make a larger or smaller dish towel or a blanket by using any number for the chain.
Approx. 16 in x 24 in (41 cm x 61 cm)
Chain 61 in Denim Blue
Row 1: sc in the 2nd chain from the hook and in each chain across. Chain 1 and turn.
Row 2: sc in then 2nd st and in each st across. Chain 3 and turn.
Row 3: tr in the 2nd st and in each st across. Chain 1 and turn.
Row 4: sc in 2nd st and in each st across. Chain 2 and turn.
Row 5: hdcbl in 2nd st and in each st across. Chain 2 and turn.
Row 6: scbl in 2nd st and in each st across. Chain 1 and turn.
Repeat rows 2-6 for the rest of the dish towel until you reach your desired length. I did 61 rows stopping with the denim blue matched the length of the medium gray section.
Color changes: 28 rows of Denim Blue, 5 rows Navy Blue, 28 rows Medium Gray.
Knot and weave in ends using a tapestry needle. Cut off excess yarn. Block if you want. Enjoy
