Try this easy chunky black and white crochet blanket pattern. The black and white wave throw has contrasting colors in a bulky yarn with a moss stitch border.
This free blanket pattern is an easy combination of slip stitch and half double crochet. There are 2 rows to repeat twice.
I easily carried the yarn up the side of the blanket so there are few ends to weave it. This bulky yarn is easy to work with and has a soft shine.
The bulky yarn gauge 5 that I used is Lion Brand Hometown in South Dakota Black and New York White. This soft yarn as a sheen to it.
The blanket is weighty and will be warm and cozy to cuddle up on the couch. It does have a little of a fuzz going and it untwisted easily but isn’t too hard to work with.
