How to Make a Blue Textured Baby Boy Crochet Blanket using Bernat Bundle-Up Yarn – Worsted Weight

- tapestry needle
- 3.75 mm crochet hook
- 2 – 4.9 oz (140g) Brook Bernat Bundle Up Yarn or any other gauge 4 worsted weight yarn (267 yd/244 m ea.)

- sl – slip stitch
- sc – single crochet
- dc – double crochet
- ch– chain
- scbl– single crochet in back loop only

Chain 105
Row 1: dc in the 4th loop from the chain and in each stitch across. Chain 1 and turn.
Row 2: In 2nd stitch, scbl and in each stitch across until last stitch single crochet in turning chain. Chain 3 and turn.
Row 3: In 2nd stitch, dcfl and in each stitch across until last stitch, double crochet in turning chain. Chain 1 and turn.
Row 4: Repeat row 2 & 3 until you have 63 rows. Ending with a row of dcfl.
Blanket Border
3 rounds of single crochet in Brook & 1 row of single crochet in Green Mist. Add 2 single crochet stitches to each side of the corner when you do a round. slip stitch to the first stitch of the round.
Then chain 2 on round 5 and half double crochet in the back loop in each stitch around for 5 rounds. Slip stitch each round to first stitch and then chain 2.
